I do see white particulars on a table which your rep said would be a good.example. I not 100%convinced. Also there was damage on my wall upstairs and i asked your rep to call me today. I did not receive a call.

The cleaning got rid of previous residue and dirt from my carpet. I waited a couple of weeks to write a review to make sure that it was really clean. I will definitely use zeroees again and recommend it to others.

Chris, the gentleman that came out to clean my carpets was very professional and friendlly. The associates that answer the phone however could be a little more thorough and curitous. Details were not provided and I was not instructed to look for the email that gave me the additional information I needed. Also when they called to confirm my window time, it was at what I considered to be an unreasonable hour. (4-7 pm for our bedrooms on a friday night). I was not given any other options for appointment times for that day even though I had called on Tuesday and the return call was on Wedensday. I toke it than called back to cancel the appointment and suddenly a new window was available. Some consideration should be given when you are scheduling bedrooms. If a client has to move out bedroom furniture they should be scheduled in the morning so the room will be dry enough for furniture to be moved back into and used that night to sleep.

That there are no harmful chemicals used, the technicians show up on time and are very helpful and friendly.
