The zerorez technician Dustin Anglin was great! Very professional yet friendly. He saved the day as I was not that impressed with the person that called several days before to advise my appointment window would be between 4p-7p even though I had booked online well in advance. The person that called needed a personality and some customer skills.

3) the fact that your products don't leave my carpet "crunchy";
4) there are no chemicals used, thus, no chemical smell, no residue;
5) my carpets stay cleaner longer;
6) the care that your representative takes when cleaning my carpets.
