I was very happy with the service. Tionne, my service technician was professional polite and knowledgable. I did feel that the service was pricey and would have felt a little better about the company without the up sells of enzyme treatments. If this had been included in the price I would have felt much better about the company as a whole.

Basic cleaning was great. Simple stains and even a wine stain were easily handled. Pet urine stains were partially lifted. Urine smell is much less but still lingers. Technician was punctual, polite and professional. We did purchase extra services on site but did not feel like we were subject to high pressure sales tactics.
