Representative was very friendly. We found our carpet did not come clean but it is the poor problem with the carpet not the cleaning. A carpet representative from the industry came out to see about our carpet and said there was no residue left. Very pleased with your service. Would definitely recommend you. I like the 30 day guarantee. Because some times the spots will come back thru but the warranty takes care of that. We would use you again.

Technician left a liquid in my foryer. I did not notice until 2 days later. the liquid has left discoloration on my tile. Should I try to mop with water? It seems to be a bit sticky.
