The fact that it does not involve many chemicals and leaves a clean , non residue feel to the carpet. I have had my carpet done twice now and each time i was highly satisfied with the service personnel. This time Doug came to my house and was totally nice and professional. He did a wonderful and neat job w/ a pattern on the carpet I wish I could duplicate w/ my vacuum cleaner! I didn't want to walk on the carpet lest I lose the pattern! Oh well, I shall use your service again soon - it's well worth it. Each time I think I am ready to buy a carpet(it's 20yrs old!) I call Zerorez and I am happy to keep the carpet for a while longer.
