Not only do you have a great process for carpet, but your technicians are the best. I have used your company 2 times now. I am extremely pleased with the ease of scheuduling, how prompt you have been and how nice the technician has been. I can tell you have a good hiring manager, training and must treat employees well to have such outstanding technicians. I do think the carpets stay cleaner longer. Also, your techs are very considerate of my issues with dust mites (I'm very allergic). The last service person made special effort to get under my bed and clean thoroughly. Also, he was a very nice young man!

cleanliness and price
Very professional, nice, and good work.
The technician that came to my house was very professional and did a good job.
We like the all natural cleaning solution and great service.
That you do not use dangerous chemicals and that there is no residue left in my carpets
The actual product and process was good. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Customer service with the scheduling was ok. I was originally promised an 11-2 appt. window. When I was called to confirm the appt., they said it would be a 2-5 appt. window. I was flexible and agreed to the 2-5 window, but it meant that I was drying the carpet later than expected.
Tim was exceptionally helpful and pleasant overall. He was able to remove all of the stains from my soiled carpet other than a light gray area on one step tread. He explained why the wear on the fibers would not permit it to look identical to the other areas. He didn't try to sell a bunch of other stuff I did not need. In my opinion, Zerorez is worth the extra cost given the superior results.
