I was very pleased with my technician and the job he did.

I was very disappointed in the fact that I had an appointment the night before between 4-7 , no one showed up,no one called and even when I called the emergency number they said someone would call me back. Which they did not. i had to call again in the morning to get a time. This was very much an inconvenience since I had cleared out 5 rooms of my house of the furniture

Service by the technicians was great;however, I had appointments on November 4th and November 6th, I did not receive the call indicating that they were on the way for either appointment. I happened to be home when they arrived for each appointment, but that was just luck. Not happy with this promised level of service.

James, the technician that came to my house was the perfect example of excellent customer service. I was so pleased with his work and attitude, I requested him for this appointment. I have three small children and my carpet was disgusting! It looks like new now! I was amazed. I was also so impressed with James that I felt comfortable leaving my house while he worked. I will definitely call back in a few months for cleaning and recommend to anyone I can.
