Tim was exceptionally helpful and pleasant overall. He was able to remove all of the stains from my soiled carpet other than a light gray area on one step tread. He explained why the wear on the fibers would not permit it to look identical to the other areas. He didn't try to sell a bunch of other stuff I did not need.
