The technicians are courteous and the carpets look fantastic after they've been cleaned.

The carpets look very clean (despite some spots on them prior to being cleaned). I like the fact that there is no residue so they will not attract more dirt (which seems to happen whenever I use other products to clean the carpets). The people are always very helpful and friendly that do the cleaning.

As of now only have had carpet cleaned. Carpet not as wet as some we have used. Service is great show up within time frame /helpful with any questions/suggestions. We can't wait to see how the hardwood floor service will turn. I am sure just as well.

I loved how professional the technician was! He was very efficient and the carpets were done within 45 minutes! The pet enzyme had very little odor and my 1 year old son and I were able to stay in the house the entire time. There were no harsh chemicals or smells! I could instantly tell a difference in the house after the carpet was cleaned! I posted my wonderful experience on Facebook and shared with all my coworkers! Thank you!!

What I like most about the products is that there is no residue or chemical smell. The carpets dry in a few hours. There is no interruption to my daily routine due to wet carpets or heavy fumes from chemicals. My tech, James Amerson arrived as scheduled and was very professional and polite. He explained all stages of the process and also made recommendations for me to consider for future services. This is my second time using Zerorez and I am happy to say that I plan to continue with their services.

Your associate was very courteous, explained in detail about the service, charges, and any other questions i asked. All spots were removed. No detergent or chemical smells after the work. Used plastic corners at the door to protect from scratches. My carpet looks like new afterwords.
