I purchased new carpet about two years ago and The carpet installer recommended that we only use water to treat stains in our carpet, so what better carpet service to use other than Zerorez. I only had a few stains, but my technician did a great job removing those from the carpet. I am happy with the service and will call again when it's time for another cleaning.

The Zerorez technician provided impeccable service. He was punctual, efficient, courteous and thorough. His service was a breath of fresh air - honestly, I had three companies servicing my home on the same day. The other two were exact opposites and told them of the incredible service Zeroez offered and suggested they take a page out of the Zerorez handbook.

The young man who did the cleaning was polite, professional, when he suggested extras and I said no he didn't push. He was on time and did a great job. The carpet dried quickly and looks great. I will use zerorex again in the future.
