Professional and careful cleaning. It was fast and the difference was amazing.There was absolutely no chemical smell and the carpet dried fast. All the rooms, hallway and stairs came out so clean and the carpet was actually revived. I really thought we needed to consider replacement, but not now, after Zerorez!

Doug did a great job cleaning my carpet and was extremely knowledgable about the Zerorez cleaning process. He was very professional and did a great job to take care with my furniture.

Excellent spot removal. Excellent technician did carpet. Just the nicest guy ever. The guys who did duct cleaning were also excellent and gave a fair price for all they did. Both services explained thoroughly and were excellent with explaining to my elderly Mom so she felt part of decision making.

The technicians were timely, polite and professional. There was no attempt to up sell. We were told upfront that all pet stains would not come out. Odors did. All in all, a good experience.
