How clean the carpet is. Hubby felt there was a couple of spots in the master bedroom could've been cleaner, but I'm satisfied.
Jevoris Palmer was the representative who came to my home ans conducted the cleaning. He was extremely professional, timely, and courteous. He gave me additional discounts beyond what the representative did who took my order over the phone. Not only did Jevoris do an excellent cleaning job, he also took an area rug with him back to be cleaned, he offered to bring it back to my home along with three others that I previously dropped off at the site. This is what I call superior customer service. I will definitely yes Zerorez in the future, and I will be sure to ask for Jevoris to do the work!

This was my second time using Zerorez to clean my carpet. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with your Technician Mr. Aubrey Davidson. Aubrey was polite and very well mannered!! It was a pleasure having him in my home. He explained everything that he did and he even took the time to answer questions that I had about the other services that Zerorex has to offer.
