I am absolutely thrilled and impressed with Zerorez. My carpet needed a thorough cleaning and I got just that. I was worried about soggy wet carpet and of course there wasn't a problem. My drying time was less than 5 hours. My technician, Steven Halstion was professional, informative and kind. He advised me on the areas I had the most problems with my carpet. I was so impressed with the results. Thank you Steven for a wonderful job. The spot in my office is gone, I'm still reeling from my results.

The person that came was very courteous went over what rooms he would be able to do with the price option I chose. He then took me around after he was done to look at what he had done and if there were spots he did not take out he explained why.

was very professional answer all my questions only thing i did not like is that they did not put the right size filter in for me they told me the size i had in was not right size , they did change filter but put one i had in addit in even dor it was not right size and they had my correct size on their truck they did write down the correct size for me other then that every thing was ok

Our carpets look GREAT!! Our technician was super professional and friendly! He took time and didn't rush. I'm anxious to see how my carpets look in 30 days! I hope the old stains don't come back! We are a tad disappointed with how our ottoman turned out though. There are several spots that didn't get cleaned and for $40 additional we were really hoping it would have looked a little better.

I love the service Technician he was very helpful and professional. He did a great job and didn't try to push additional products on me, but simply mentioned them as I mentioned my needs. I am a Sales Manager and last time I used a carpet cleaning company, the technician tried to sell me everything and I did not like feeling like I was being pushed into buying more. I signed up for 129.00 and spent 309.00 My issue was my Master bedroom and pet odor not pet stains, I am going to give it a few days to see if the treatment worked, I feel like we may need to retreat that room. Thank you!

Daniel and Aaron were professional, educated about the product, courteous and kind. They arrived on time did an excellent job and replaced the filters. We took before and after pictures and couldn't believe the dust and grime that was causing my home to be full of dust. I am very pleased with their diligence and great customer service. My son who has asthma can sleep well tonight because of Zerorez!
