My experience was great and I would definitely recommend Zerorez. He was knowledgeable about product, offered me additional services that I didn't know Zerorez offered. He was prompt and thorough. From my experience, Zerorez has a team of A-players from the folks that answer the phone to the technicians providing the service. The only thing I experienced that could use some work is how quickly your team answers the phone. I was on hold for 5+ minutes before my call was answered. Call hold times should be less than 30 seconds in my opinion.
