I like mostly the fact that there is indeed a place to go to have area rugs washed. I am disappointed with the high price for such a poor rug but I don't expect you to give discount for such a silly thing.

I like that the carpet is cleaned with a product that isn't harmful to our health. It does a wonderful job at making the carpet look new again. The customer service is great. They tell you what to expect so you don't have any surprises. They give you a call to let you know what time they arrive at your home. The technician is very respectful of your home, taking care not to harm the walls or furniture.
