The technician James Amerson cleaned the carpet so thoroughly it truly looked new. Mr. Amerson was also very courteous, punctual about the appointment time and conscientious in my home. The carpets looked like new again after Zerorez cleaned and added protective sealer. Areas that had been matted down from foot traffic were lifted. The carpets dried pretty quickly and didn't have the usual "crunchy" feel that they get after being cleaned with a chemical process. Additionally, the service was excellent from scheduling to the technician who cleaned the carpets. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

Zerorez gets the carpet so clean, it does a much better join than the other carpet cleaning services I have had in the past and I have had quite a few. We have a dog and he can track in mud and have accidents on the carpet. With Zerorez it's like the stains were never there.
