Everyone that I have dealt with so far has been very professional, courteous and friendly. The carpet cleaning went very well in my home and I was happy with the results. Unfortunately, the carpet stains began to return within a month of the originally cleaning so instead of having zerorez out again, I am saving to replace the carpet. Right now I have brought a wool area rug to you for cleaning and I am anxious to get it back inthenext 7-10 days.

We had another carpet cleaning company clean our carpet last summer and the finish product was awful. When the carpet dried, it looked the same as it did before the cleaning, bummer. Needless to say, we did not call them back this year. My girl friend told us about Zerorez carpet cleaning, her carpet looked amazing. I'm so glad we tried it, we instantly saw a positive difference in our carpet. It looked so good after the cleaning, I had them add the stain guard. Also, the technician that came out was friendly and professional. I especially appreciated the fact that he wore shoe coverings before coming into our home.
