The technician was prompt and informative. Not all my stains came out, but overall the carpet looks great.

The technician, Ernesto was terrific. He took time to explain the entire process of our cleaning, as well as the stain treatment and protective treatment. We are extremely pleased with the service Zerorez provided and our carpet looks fantastic.
