Very prompt and courteous service. The serviceman was neat and clean. He was thorough and explained what he was going to do before beginning the cleaning process. He came back a few days later to retreat a small section at no charge; however, we decided the retreat was not necessary. The emphasis seemed to be customer satisfaction.

I have alergies and it was great that the product your company used does not have all the chemicals that is in the regular commercial products. My carpet looks great, stain is gone and no chemical odor. The service representative was very professional and helpful in working with me within my budget which allowed me to have the Oriental area Rug taken to be professional cleaned.
