I like the service that you give and that my carpet look so clean, but I must say I am very disappointed with the service person that clean my carpet on May 1, 2014. When I looked back at my carpet after I have vacuumed, it does not look clean. The first two times my carpet looked like new. That was the very reason I wanted to use your service again.

Very easy! I like that you pick up and deliver. However, my rug was not quite up to my expectation. It's from an old house and had a musty smell. The smell came back with the rug. The rug looks brand new, just smells funny.

From talking to the person who took my call to the tech doing the service in my home they were all very informative and professional. The tech was on time and explained to me what he was going to be doing and we discussed and I new before he got started what I would be paying and no hidden stuff at the end. I like the feel of my carpet after they dried and you don't have that chemical stiff feeling.

Everything went fine -- Chris was really good. If you could have a smaller nozzle to use in tight corners, that would be helpful. Otherwise our carpet looks way better than it did.
