I used a conventional carpet cleaner 7 years ago when I bought my house and the carpet looks better now than it did then. The technician was thorough and knowledgeable. He worked hard at getting my over detergented carpet clean due to my old cat throwing up all the time. He did a great job! I will use zerorez in the future!

The technician was professional and thorough and the steamer was obviously strong and the results were amazing.

What I like best is the technician, Jay Beckham, took the time to truly clean my carpets. They looked great after he finished them. Also, I love the feel of the carpets afterwards with your no residue cleaner. They feel so soft, even though they are old carpets. Thank you Zerorez, I'll see you in the Fall!

I liked the honesty of the gentleman who came to my house and gave me all the options. He even tested the product in a small area of my carpet at no charge, to see if it would work in my situation.

I didn't have to rent a cleaner, load water and liquid, spend several hours doing all the carpets, just to find out that it didn't turn out the way I had expected. It was well worth the $l44. just for that. I would like to say that Josh and Eric were great. If I had a company, I would want employees like them on my staff.
