The technician was prompt, polite and did a great job. He did not try to upsell on the products and we appreciate that.
We did have an issue when scheduling the visit. I told the operator first available, and she put us down for an evening appointment, which resulted in us getting a much-later appointment; we would have been able to schedule one on an earlier day if this had not happened.

This was my first experience using Zerorez. Both Technicians (Julie & James) that came to my house were very professional and friendly. They explained Zerorez's process thoroughly and the additional services that are offered. They did a great job both cleaning my carpets and protecting my furniture/hardwood floors.I was very pleased with the overall results - my carpets look great!! I am already in the process of figuring out when to have my upstairs carpets cleaned by Zerorez. Great job Julie & James!!...Thanks

Very good service. Surprised as to how clean my 13 year old carpets cleaned up....much better than I expected with all the pet stains and wear and tear.

When I called to make the appointment I was very pleased with the ability to make an appointment so quickly that would accommodate my schedule. Everything was explained very well verbally including the cost of service followed by an email confirming the appointment and again detailing the services that would be provided.
The technician arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. I had three rooms cleaned and each room had some trouble spots that had grown worse over the past 2 years. The technician worked very hard on each one and did a great job. My carpet looks like it did when it was first installed.

Everyone was very nice and the technician very kind and professional. He gave me honest feedback before he started the job and made sure I was happy with the job before he left. Carpet looks great.
