Best carpet cleaning...period.

The tech was very prompt and professional and did a good job. I like that the cleaner did not leave an odor.

I love that is used with empowered water and not harsh chemicals. As a mom of small children, this is really important to me. When zerorez leaves, there is no chemical smell and I love that.

The service technicians are always very courteous, efficient and do an excellent job.

Thanks for coming back. It's much better

The job was done professionally and in a timely manner. The technician arrived when I was told he would be there and made sure to clean up everything before he left.

I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my carpets. I was more impressed with the service person, Lamont. His professionalism was outstanding and he was most accommodating and informative of your product. Next year I will call zerorez to come again, and I am also going to request Lamont to do the service. I wish all service personnel would have the demeanor, respect, rapport that Lamont showed while at my home.
