No chemicals. There was no strong chemical smell after the carpets were cleaned. The carpets were not soaked and dried within a reasonable amount of time. Service was great and our carpet technician did an awesome job!

No chemicals and friendly service

The service man was clean and presentable. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. The cleaning product is free of harmful chemicals, I believe. When the carpet dried, it looked wonderful. Lots of stains came out that we hadn't been able to remove. The pet product worked well! There is very little, if any odor that remains.
