I, unfortunately, have used several carpet cleaning companies in the past. I have never been as pleased as I am with Zerorez. My carpets are several years old and have a high traffic volume. I really didnt' think I would ever see the carpets looking like new again; but they do look as near new as they could possibly be after the years of use. Job well done.

First, the service person (Mike) was extremely nice and polite. Second, my carpet is super soft and my house didn't reek of cleaning solution. Third, it didn't take too long for the carpet to dry.
