They work very well. Bryant, service technician, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went out of the way to make sure the job was satisfactory. The fellowship hall looked very well upon completion of the task. (Thanks Bryant)
I really appreciate the professionalism of your representative, Ward. He was courteous, accommodating and had a very positive attitude. He did a great job and made sure I was satisfied with the results before leaving.

Professional service and amazing outcome.
Great people to work with and a wonderful job done
Your technician was the best I've ever had. He seemed like someone I could trust in a million dollar lake lanier home.
The system you use cleans carpets better than any other cleaning method. The carpets honestly look brand new,! We've used Zerorez for years and would never use anything else. Just as important - all of the technicians have been well trained and are neatly groomed and very mannerly. We were super impressed with Nathan for this job and will request him in 6 months when we have more rooms cleaned. Thank you for providing top quality service at affordable prices.
Everything!!
Carpet looks good after cleaning. Your products work.
Great customer service. Carpets look great. My technician- Ken - did an awesome job. Timely and well executed.
very courteous and timely
Very friendly service, quick and efficient, reliable and my carpets are clean. I appreciate them coming back out to redo my carpets. I didn't like the way they smelled after the first clean and they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you!
My service tech was excellent.
Great service. Fast.
Clean smell nice technician, great price fast service
Dried quickly, no residue "crunch."
Josh was very nice and extremely professional. He and I looked at and discussed the treatment options for each room to be cleaned. He thoroughly pretreated the bedroom that had a lot of pet stains. He made sure that the hoses would not damage and wall corners or furniture. He spent nearly three hours cleaning my three rooms. Once he was finished, he walked me through each room to insure that I was satisfied. I will use Zerorez only from now on. He was not in a rush to get the carpets clean and move on to the next job like Stanley has done to me in the past.
