The products clean the carpet without leaving that "wet carpet" odor no matter how old your carpet may be. The carpet always looks nice and after the service is performed and dries within 2 hours, even though I have been told 4 it has always dried quicker and we have plush carpeting with thick padding.

Damien was very professional. He tried hard to remove spots that had been there for awhile. He was courteous. As a senior citizen it was comforting knowing that what he stated was correct. The products worked well in most cases. The scotch guard didn't seem to protect the carpet. I have a dog and she appreciated giving it a challenge. She won. Over sal l the job was done well. This is my second time using your services. I'll use you again especially if we get the same caliber of worker as he was.
