I had you guys come out to do my stairs. I was very impressed with the gentleman, Michael, in his ability to explain how Zerorez's products differ from your average cleaning company's and the benefits of such. What really impressed me was how well spoken he was and made it seem like he wasn't just some guy to clean my stairs. I was very pleased with the quality of work and thoroughness he presented. In all, I've had this stain on my stairs from when my dog decided to defecate on them. I have tried to remove it numerous time without much success, but it did not seem to be a problem for him. I look forward to using Zerorez for the services that you guys provide and to have Michael as my future cleaning technician.

I have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning several times in the past and have always been happy with the service, several times the technicians have exceeded my expectations. The team sent to clean our duct work included a young man ( the slender fellow) who had been to our house before. His workmanship was excellent- he explained his findings and helped me get a sample of the crud growing in our duct work.He helped me get photos of the extensive mold to share with my husband. He and his partner worked efficiently and quickly in cleaning our two systems. When our upstairs AC unit did not start up he took my call personally (from 1 of the photos) and had volunteered to help me that evening. He got the supervisor to call and arrangements were made for repair in the am. He should be commended on the quality of his workmanship- he and his partner did a great job.
The technician was on time, super professional and friendly, and did a great job on the carpet.
That last gentleman who came to redo my carpet, did a much better job than the previous. My husband as he walked noticed that right away and want to commend him for that.

the associate was very friendly upon arrival to my house. It did not take very long for him to clean the carpet and after he was finished the floor was not wet or crunchy.
