Everything. Caleb was on time, called ahead to let me know what he would be here, covered his shoes before entering the house. The solution used worked like magic, all spots disappeared immediately and the carpet in three rooms looked like new. Caleb told me about all the produces available to keep the carpets looking great. Before Caleb would move on to another room he had me look over the job done,- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The carpets look great. Damien was extremely friendly and courteous. If he exemplifies your employees I would do service with you anytime necessary. He took the time to explain how the process works and took all precautions to protect the walls and furniture that had not been removed from the rooms.
Very nice person, Natasha did our carpets
Great service
The alkaline water is fabulous. The technician that came out was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. I learned some additional tips and tricks to keep my carpet looking great. I was especially happy to see that the carpet still looked great a week later! That wasn't the case with the last company I used. I would recommend Zerorez to others, just like this company was recommended to me. :-)
