on time arrival and excellent job !!

My berber carpet is really light in color and shows the dirt and traffic paths. I have use zerorez before and was astonished at the results. Therefore, I called again to make an appointment. Your staff makes setting up an appointment fast and easy.
I was especially pleased with the young man that came to my house to do the actual carpet cleaning. His name was Omar and he presented himself in a very professional manner. In talking to Omar, it was obvious that he knew the carpet business. I trusted him to be honest in what I needed to make my carpet look the best and retain the look. Omar spoke very highly of the zerorez product, the company and seemed especially impressed with the owner and how the business is operated. Omar represents your company well and it is obvious that he feels important as an employee. Bravo!

The costumer service is exceptional. I've had my carpets cleaned by your company for years (2x a yr) and EVERY time someone comes they are pleasant to deal with, kind, informative and they do the job RIGHT! That says a lot for an employee where the boss isn't hanging over their shoulder. I ALWAYS recommend your company because to me there is no other carpet cleaning company out there even in the ballpark of your service.
