I was mildly dissatified with the initial cleaning, but the supervisor and the tech, Kyle, more than made up for my disatifaction. Kyle came back out and went over my carpets one more time, and the look AMAZING right now. He did such a wonderful job! The technician arrived when he said he would, called thirty minutes prior to arrival just to ensure someone would be home, completed the cleaning in an effective manner, and was extremely kind and courteous to me and my family. He took care of our home as if it were his own, and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. The price we paid was the price we were quoted, with no surprises or hidden fees.

I had carpet cleaning in 3 rooms of my home. The reservationists was professional and gave me all of the need-to-know information before the visit so that I was prepared with furniture moved and vacuumed. Caleb, the service tech, arrived earlier than expected and waited patiently in the driveway until I was ready. He was clean, professional, and shook my hand when he got out of the truck. He took every measure to protect our home from shoe covers to doorway and molding guards. I very much appreciated that. He also didn't mind that we watched him work since my one year old is enthralled with anything resembling vacuuming. He worked with me so that I could move furniture around for maximum cleaning. He was quick and efficient but thorough and had me check every room when he was done. He was also able to remove some stubborn stains that have been lingering in our carpets for the last year. It was a job well done!

It really smells great and made the carpet look new

I have used Zerorez before and was very satisfied with the results. They came out last week and was not as pleased as the first time. They are coming back out to correct the issue. That is good customer service so I do like that. Will keep you posted!
