I love that it really leaves my carpet clean with no sticky residue.
The serviceman was professional, efficient and very honest. My rugs on the edges have darkened somewhat and some stains are starting to reappear unfortunately. I may try to work on them myself or call serviceman back to see if some places could use more cleaning.
Our carpeting looks great again. Omar was friendly and cooperative. We are pleased with the result.
The technician was very professional, but above all, he was absolutely thorough in doing his job, I forgot his name, however I'm sure the company has that on file, and I would request this particular technician for my next service....that way I know what I'm getting.
