It was very easy to schedule service online, and our carpet has not looked that good since they were brand new. They look and smell so fresh and clean! We were very impressed with the results.

First of all, Bev, in the office is a born sales lady & she is definitely on top of everything in your office. Your service was contracted to clean our church - carpet & pews - did an excellent job - thus, was familiar with the quality of your employees. Our tech, Caleb, did a wonderful job, sometimes "shooting" an area up to 3 times, to get the job done properly. He had warned me that since our carpet was 20 + years old that possibly this could be a factor & could cause the results to be less than perfect. However, Caleb & I were both pleasantly surprised! It looks awesomely perfect. We are completely satisfied & would definitely recommend your company to friends & family - the greatest advertisement that you could ever care to have. In closing, I believe that both Bev & Caleb are entitled to a raise for their excellent performance of their jobs.
