It got a filthy carpet cleaner than I ever expected. The dog urine smell in the upstairs seems to be totally gone and that same smell was in the sunroom and unfortunately continues to be there. We are leaving the windows open to help alleviate the odor. We paid extra for additional treatment and it seems to have worked everywhere but the sunroom. It is much better with the windows open but with them closed, it's still there. Steve, the technician, was really a nice guy and did his best to give us a clean carpet.

They laid the cost out clearly over the phone, including extra costs for pet stains, etc. That has not been our experience in the past with your company. The technician (Erik) was great! He was attentive to detail, polite, and accommodating!

I liked our service rep, Tylon. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I'm not sure yet if all of the pet urine was removed (left by a former tenant in this house we are renting), but it would not reflect on him because this pet urine had been soaked all of the way down to through the pad and into the floor. I liked the process of the water used and the enzymes that were sprayed beforehand. It was a great experience.
