It cleans better/dries faster than other carpet cleaning services. Doesn't leave a residue in carpets. The employees and service technicians are especially nice. Craig, the young man who cleaned our carpets was a pleasure to have in our home. He did an excellent job and was also an asset to the company. I would not hesitate to recommend zerorez to friends.

Your products seem clean, not soapy, for a real clean. As the carpet dried, it looked better and better. The person sent to clean (Bryan, I believe) was so nice. He was very friendly and did a great job. He was very well informed about the spots and why he couldn't completely remove some of them. He knew all aspects of his job.I was very impressed. He made my 16 year old carpet look new!

Your technicians were very pleasant, polite an your technicians her very pleasant and polite. Your product is awesome. I am very concerned about using chemicals and the effect of those chemicals on my family in the environment. It was such a pleasure to find a company that uses products that are safe and yet very effective. I've used another carpet cleaning company in the past, and my carpet did not come out as clean as with zerorez. I think I misunderstood the hardwood floor surface, but my floors are clean and I am content with the service.
