Your service man was knowledgeable about your product. I am disappointed in my carpet, not because of your product, but I was hoping it would look better after being cleaned than it does. As I said,that is no reflection on your product, just my carpet. Your serviceman explained prior to his cleaning that certain areas would not look that much better due to wearing. He told me that so I would not have expectations that could be met. He was very courteous. His name is Steve J.
