Well I have used Zeroez for a very long time and really always knew in the past I would be very happy with the results but how ever this time the Guy must have been knew for as I watched him some he just took one swipe over carpet and didnt try very hard to get any stains out of my carpet. In the past the Tec's that came out seemed to at least try to get any stains out by going over the spots with more than just one swipe.the stains are already showing up and even the day he did them they didn't fade at all. I don't think the hose and tank was hooked up properly because he kept having to mess will it. I know he was new and he was very polite and courteous but I really think he needs more trading. Please make sure for now on when I get my carpets cleaned you send someone that has been trained well.
