I do not know very much about your other services. However, your team did an excellent job cleaning out the ducts in my home. They were very professional and did what they had to do with the least amount of disruption. I would recommend the service to others who had an interest.

The service tech was great

Timely and the tech did a great job. I have found however that the product doesn't do a great job on stains. I had to ask the tech to go over it again and ended up cleaning the few spots myself.

Am a first-time customer and liked the idea of no soaps/surfactants injected into the carpet. Was skeptical of the ability to thoroughly clean the carpet using ionized water, but the results were outstanding, even on our 25-year old carpet and older pet stains. My only criticism is that you do not provide styrofoam blocks to place under the furniture. The technicians were more than willing & helpful in moving furniture, but it was annoying to replace the furniture hours later.
