Our carpets are old and was extremely dirty. The technician did what he could, however once the carpet dried it was very dark. He came back the next day with a heavy duty machine. It made the appearance a bit better. (We just need new carpet.) I would recommend Zerorez to associates because I like that you care about doing a good job.

The gentleman that came out to my home was exceptionally courteous and professional. Derek was a pleasure to talk to and have in my home. Not only did he do his job efficiently, he also took the time to get to know me and have conversation. I could tell I was his last stop based off the time of day but not once did he make me feel like he was in a hurry to leave. I am confident that if the other service techs are half as good as Derek, this company will go far.
