I like the idea of not using any detergents to clean the rugs/carpets and the lack of residue in the items cleaned. However, I never had to pay before the work was done prior to this most recent (4/26/17) time. In the past because I had wall to wall carpet in most of my house, I paid after the work was done. The fellows who picked up my rugs were very accommodating and kind 2 days ago, as I am 83 years old and cannot lift much above 5 pounds. I do not want to share my name publicly to promote Zerorez Atlanta
