Service was great and my carpets are clean.
Accurate cleanup and reasonable price
The cleaning results were great. The technician was over an our late during the last window (3-6pm ET) which was extremely inconvenient. He then wanted to charge me the $15 "travel" fee, as well as up sell me the carpet protection. I didn't buy the protection and refused to pay the fee. It would've been nice to get the protection as an apology for creating such an inconvenience on a Wednesday night.

It really did a great job cleaning the filthy carpets. I did not smell a musty smell afterwards, in fact it had a fresh scent. Harrison was very polite and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and got almost all the stains out. I am very pleased with the outcome. I am currently purchasing this place and thought I was going to have to buy new carpet, but it looks great. Thank you zerorez.

The gentlemen seemed very knowledgeable and professional. A bit of a pressure sale with the suggested add ons but had expected that. A few spots missed but really overall a good job.

Have used ZeroRez many times and always pleased with outcome given the age of my carpets. However this time I was not as pleased with outcome of burner carpet in family room. While it looked so much better after initial cleaning on Thura...by Sat the stains resurfaced and instead of a grayish stain..they now looked orange. Would like for someone to come back out and reclean this one room. My technician was was careful to clean and very gracious when he had to wait on me for an hour. When making the appt. I told rep I could not be here until 5:00 as I work an hour away. I did not get message tech was in way until he was 15 mins away. Again...the tech was very helpful in explaining what he had hoped would be end result but outcome of this room was not as clean as I had hoped.
