My technician, Rosie, provided outstanding service. She made sure to show me a sample before she completed the room. She got spots out of my carpet that I never expected to be removed.

Paul was my technician and he did a wonderful job. I think he went above and beyond. He worked diligently on a finger nail polish stain and got most of it out. There's only a faint trace left. Before he worked on the stain, I thought I would need to replace the carpet in that room. It was a great experience and I will recommend to my family and friends and use you again for sure.

Xavier was friendly and a great salesman as i was not going to do scotchguard. I was impressed with how thorough he was and quick to go back over spots that i thought may still need it. i enjoyed my service and clean carpets.
