Your product is great (no chemicals, carpet doesn't feel crunchy after being cleaned, etc), but your technician was the best part. He was super polite, explained everything, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Great guy!

Zerorez was amazing!! We were not at home and our representative called me as soon as he got to my house and stayed on the phone with me as he walked through the house to inspect the carpet. He then went to work and called me back before he was finished to relay his progress with some spot stains we had. He was very polite and answered any questions we had. Our carpets look great!! We will definitely use Zerorez in the future. :)
