My second service technician Aquarius Angry was 100% the best representation of what your company promotes so heavily through your marketing. I have to be clear: Before he came to my home and professionally cleaned my carpets I was the opposite of a good referral. I was going to demand my money back, contest the credit card charges, post the videos of my wife using a $50 machine to remove stains left after our first "service", write long and detailed bad reviews about how horrible our experience was to ***EVERY*** major review source, and the point here being I would have been a terrible nightmare of a customer.

I am an honorable person, so after having received his detailed, professional, and excellent labor I feel a personal responsibility to spend my time making sure this gentleman is highly praised for his efforts. He may have just been doing his job, as he was trained, within the perimeters that you advise him to- but I want to recognize him as the only reason I would ever recommend, and request your services again. He never tried to sell me anything extra in the home, never asked me to give him a good review and certainly didn't make any excuses. Teresa back at the office was responsive as well. I will ONLY have Aquarius back in my home. He only apologized for my previous experience, never talking poorly about the obviously poor job that was done before his visit.
