Thank you AGAIN! Great Job as always.....I know you all love a challenge., and I gave you one! We got adopted by a 2005 Motorhome that belonged to a family with 5 kids. Great condition but years of layers of Spagetti O's and kids finger prints were a mess everywhere and the carpet had taken a huge hit.....Mike arrived with Josh who was on his first day on the job and both were up to the challenge.......Josh had quite a first day learning all the tricks of the trade.

We were unsure if the carpet was savable, it was that bad but our experience with Zerorez before had proven that Miracles were easy for them. Put down and scrubbed in the pretreatment and let it set while they moved on to the chairs and sofa. I really did not know how bad these were until the first swipe with the cleaning wand.......all of us were floored at that colors and patterns that were under layers of grime........It was an Indiana Jones Moment....."Wow, These really do have a nice attern" The carpet cleaned up in the same fashion.....Amazing!

We have had such great results with Zerorez and so have all our friends who we have recommended that we decided to make them the first step to see what could be cleaned rather than having to replace the carpet and cushions. The changes were instant and dramatic, all of it cleaned beautifully as those industrial fabrics should and everything smelled fresh and clean!! Fantastic!

Mike and his new A Team member Josh had an out of the box challenge but they rose to it and as they have said, one of the great benefits of their job is the instant gratification of seeing things get clean and come to life.........especially with an oddball project like this!!

The technician who came to the appointment this week was the same one who helped us last year! He arrived at the top of the appointment window and we did a quick walk through to discuss what was needed. One room needed extra attention - as our new dog had left his mark, a lot. The technician explained everything including the cost so there were no surprises. He worked quickly and efficiently. I am very glad that we choose to use Zerorez to clean our carpets and look forward to using them again as needed.
