Your technician was on time, and he was polite and professional. He took the time to explain things along the way. Everything looked and smelled so clean when he left. Two large spots on my family room carpet had been previously cleaned by another carpet cleaning company, and each time the stains returned very soon. So far, three days after my Zerorez treatment, the stains have not returned. Also, while your technician explained that it is basically impossible to remove the dark stains that form next to the walls in rooms and hallways, those stains are definitely lighter than they had been. I am very happy happy with my Zerorez experience!
