Carpet looks great. 2nd time we have used Zerorez and have found your company to be very professional, with excellent communication skills. It's impressive when a company lets me know how close they are, and when expectations are met. There is one negative associated with your firm, and I've shared that issue previously. When you advertise, you MUST reveal when a special is run, that it does not include the $16 fee you add on to the price. Without that association, you are falsely advertising....no ifs, and or buts. If you reveal a total price package, no one will fault you; because no one likes bad surprises. You have a great product. Don't mess it up.
