Zerorez simply does what they say they will do, when they say will and do it in a professional manner. The technicians are well dressed in uniform, drive nice trucks with great equipment and take every step in the process methodically. I have called from a nice advertisement and had a man show up to clean my carpet in a beat up car working out of his trunk. No thanks. Lastly, and most importantly, Zerorez really does do a great job getting the carpets clean. I would have never believed it from the ads if I did not see it myself. Very pleased and recommend them to everyone.
