The Technician Tony was great!! This was a return call for an area of carpet that has always been hard to clean but Tony was able to get the stain out . As a first time customer, I’m very pleased with the services provided by Zerorez. The carpet looked renewed and there wasn’t any strong smells after treatment. James set the expectation and provided education about the products before beginning the cleaning. He explained which spot may not come out because of dyes and provided ways to protect/clean after treatment.
