Prompt and explained the process

Our technician Brandon, did an absolutely wonderful job. I really appreciate how thorough he was on explaining what he was doing as well as showing us before and after on problem areas.
This was our second time using Zerorez and our first tech was good but this young man was even better. It's rare when you use a company a couple of times they give even better service vs giving worst service.
