Personnel were prompt, informative, answered questions, got to work, and got it done! I don't always like to be offered alternative products, but the fellow offering the filtering system had memorized the information packet and could answer several questions regarding its use and efficacy. He was informative without pressure, so I appreciate your type of sales training.

Your personnel were very polite, thorough, and fair in their assessment of the job and/or additional charges,esp. for the rug cleaning. It isn't always clear how small areas like bathrooms or dressing rooms and closets will be counted and explanations were clear and pricing pretty fair. Since many bedrooms would have these type areas your pricing schedules in sales are not exactly clear about that.
